If you have any comments or instructions to do with your upload that you feel EMC Staff should know about, please enter them in the Comment section below... (Don't click those buttons yet...) This will open a window on your computer that will allow you to find and select the file that you wish to upload to EMC Step 4. Verify that the file name appearing in the text window above is correct... If it is then you may click the "Submit File" button below. After clicking the submit button, your file will be automatically sent up to the EMC server. Depending on the size of the file you are sending and the speed of your connection, this process may take several minutes... Please be patient... DO NOT CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON TWICE...! Please note that any abuse of this system will cause the immediate revocation of your User Name and Password. All uploading IP Address information is maintained.
