Coast Hotels & Resorts will be managing the 84-room Sundance Lodge at Sun Peaks Resort. The City of Nanaimo has appointed Atlific Hotels & Resorts as the management company for the Vancouver Island Conference Centre in Nanaimo scheduled to open late spring 2008.
The Howard Johnson Hotel downtown Vancouver was awarded the International Property of the Year award for Canada by Howard Johnson International. General Manager of the Year for that company was Michael Rottboll, Howard Johnson Hotel, Victoria (West). Knights Inn Canada presented its Franchisee of the Year and Most Improved Product awards to Ron Mundi of the Knights Inn,
Barriere.
