AHLA members receive a 10% discount on the above rates.
All rates are subject to GST and are based on receiving completed digital artwork.
For black & white ads, subtract 20% from the above rates. Cover positions must be full colour.
For premium positioning, add 15%. Insert rates are available upon request.
PREMIER PACKAGE
Enjoy additional savings when you package 4 ads with an ad in the Buyers' Guide, Show Guide or both. AHLA members have a unique opportunity to position their companies as key suppliers to AHLA members by reaching buyers year-round in the Buyers' Guide. Entice delegates to your booth at the trade show with an ad in the Show Guide.
ENHANCED LISTING
Capture more attention from buyers in the Buyers' Guide or Show Guide with an enhanced listing, which is a boxed ad with a 50-word description, for only $100.00 plus tax. Complete this form for your listing.

There is only one Supplier Profile promotional feature in each issue. This great marketing tool is a 2-page spread, written and designed by EMC staff. The cost for this exclusive double-page spread is $3020 + GST.
SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUPPLIED ADS - Please read carefully
- All ads must be 300 dpi, including all text and images contained in the ad.
- Ensure that all fonts are converted to curves.
- Digital files must be supplied as a high resolution PDF.
- Ads must include bleed where noted above (*).
- Live area of all ads is 1/4" from all edges.
- Please provide a hard copy proof of your ad.
- Files less than 3 MB can be emailed to info@emcmarketing.com.
- For files over 3 MB, please call for instructions to upload the file.

The Details
Ads can change once per month at no charge. If you want to change your ad more than once per month, there will be $25.00 change fee.
Prices are based on a minimum 3-month booking and continue on 3-month increments. All web advertising will be invoiced quarterly at the same time as the publishing date of the magazine.
All ads must be approved. Rates are subject to GST.
